U.S. Territories and Military (APO/FPO) Addresses
- Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship to Military APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories.
Alaska, Hawaii and PO Boxes
- Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes at this time.
- At this time, we are not able to fulfill orders outside of the United States and Canada. Some of our international customers use freight forwarders in the United States who will accept orders on their behalf; however, for security reasons, orders sent to a freight forwarder may require additional identity verification at our discretion. We cannot be held responsible for orders after they reach the warehouse delivery address.
Order Processing Time
- Orders submitted by 1:00 pm ET will typically ship out the same day (with the exception of weekends and holidays).
- Orders submitted after 1:00 pm ET will ship the next business day.
- Orders submitted on Friday after 1:00 pm ET, Saturday, or Sunday will ship the following Monday.
- Some items may require one additional business day for processing.
- For time-sensitive deliveries, please keep in mind that Ground Delivery does not offer a guaranteed delivery date, and we highly recommend selecting 2-Day or Overnight.
Overnight & 2-Day Deliveries
- IT’SUGAR does NOT process orders on Saturday or Sunday.
- Saturday delivery is only available with selection of Priority Overnight with Saturday Delivery for an extra fee. Orders must be submitted by 1:00 pm ET that Friday.
- Overnight orders placed on Thursday after 1:00 pm ET or Friday without Saturday Delivery upgrade will not be delivered until Monday.
- Please reference the below chart to see when your 2-Day or Overnight delivery will arrive.
- If your order arrives later than the date promised below, we will immediately refund upon request the amount of your shipping upgrade when 2-Day or Overnight delivery is selected.
- Please note that FedEx does not offer the ability to select a specific time of day when the delivery will be made. All deliveries will be made by 8:00 pm local time at the latest, with the exception of Priority Overnight with Saturday Delivery, which will be delivered by 10:30 am local time.

- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your FedEx tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for this number to become active. Tracking numbers are sent by e-mail automatically after your order has shipped, so if you have not received your tracking number, your e-mail address may have been entered incorrectly during the checkout process.
