Holiday & Viral Product Shipping Times:
- Ordered placed during the holiday season may be subject to processing delays of 3-4 days.
- Viral products or exclusive drops may be subject to 7 day shipping delays

- All orders will be shipped out within 3-4 days of being placed
U.S. Territories and Military (APO/FPO) Addresses
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship to Military APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories.
Alaska, Hawaii and PO Boxes
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes at this time.
Overnight & 2-Day Deliveries
- IT’SUGAR does NOT process orders on Saturday or Sunday.
- Saturday delivery is only available with selection of Priority Overnight with Saturday Delivery for an extra fee. Orders must be submitted before 1:00 pm ET that Friday.
- Overnight orders placed on Thursday after 1:00 pm ET or Friday without Saturday Delivery upgrade will not be delivered until Monday.
- Please reference the below chart to see when your 2-Day or Overnight delivery will arrive.
- Please note that FedEx does not offer the ability to select a specific time of day when the delivery will be made. All deliveries will be made by 8:00 pm local time at the latest, with the exception of Priority Overnight with Saturday Delivery, which will be delivered by 10:30 am local time, pending any delays experienced by FedEx.
Orders To Canada
- Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and any fees for items shipped to Canada.
